What should an Off-Market seller expect?

Seller properties will be shared with our large pool of agents and end buyers through emails and text messages without being listed on public platforms like Redfin or Zillow. Exact addresses will be kept private during initial marketing broadcasts; more information is shared only with verified buyers. No signs will be posted at site locations and occupants, if any, will not be disturbed. Only verified buyers will have access to property tours via private open house events. There are no conditions for trying our service; sellers that work with us are not obligated to commit to any offer and there are no extra costs for selling off-market. Consider working with SALA for off-market sales services!

*Offers and responses for off-market listings typically come in within one week. Bidding wars will be set up if multiple buyers express interest.

What should an Off-Market buyer expect?

Exclusive off-market listings (otherwise unavailable on public websites) will be shared with buyers directly through emails and text. SALA Area Specialists will also include seller expectations, market analysis, and comparable sales records with each listing; our goal is to help buyers understand the market and maximize their opportunities.

*Off-market listings are typically at least 10% lower than market prices because they tend to be occupied and not well staged. Sellers are willing to offer better prices in exchange for convenience; they generally look for serious buyers who are willing to close deals quickly and smoothly for properties that are not in showroom condition.
